International Import Duties and Fees

Please note that if your goods are returned to us due to customs rejection or unpaid fees we may pass on any return shipping costs inccured before refunding you the balance of your order.

In some cases (namely the USA), we will ask for your tax identification details in advance of shipping to assist with a smooth passage through customs. We will contact you prior to shipping to arrange this, if it is required.
