International Import Duties and Fees

Please be aware that any order to a destination outside of the UK may be subject to local import duties and fees. Your shipment may be held by customs in the destination country until such fees are settled, or you may be billed after delivery.

As the importer, you are liable for any such import duties and fees applied, and by ordering you agree to settle any such charges applied by customs, unless you have selected the Prepaid Taxes shipping option.

Please note that if your goods are returned to us due to customs rejection or unpaid fees we may pass on any return shipping costs incurred before refunding you the balance of your order.

In some cases (in particular the USA), you may be asked for tax identification documents in order to process the shipment through customs. You must respond promptly to customs or carrier requests for information. If you do not provide the necessary information in time your shipment is likely to be rejected by customs and returned at your cost.
