Order Timelines

When you place an order for in-stock items, we aim to dispatch within 5 working days of payment. If there is any unexpected delay we will contact you.

If you place a Pre-Order for an item that is out-of-stock, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. We will dispatch orders in the same sequence as they were placed.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, by default we will dispatch them when everything is available. If you would like us to dispatch items separately please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate where possible.

The latest batch production timelines and statuses for FY500 machines and accessories are as follows:

Can you deliver to country [x]?

The world is a big place, but we can ship to most of it! If your country is not available on the web store, it probably just means that we've not priced up shipping options to your location yet.

Please contact us with details of what you'd like to order and your location, and if it's possible we'll get shipping options priced up and added to the website for you.

International Import Duties and Fees

Please be aware that any order to a destination outside of the UK may be subject to local import duties and fees.

To make things easier, we provide an estimate of the tax charges you can expect on the checkout page, and offer two different shipping methods you can select from:

Shipping: Taxes Unpaid
If you choose to ship with Taxes Unpaid, you are liable for any such import duties and fees applied. Your shipment may be held by customs in the destination country until such fees are settled. You'll be contacted by the carrier to arrange payment.
Please note that if your goods are returned to us due to unpaid fees we may pass on any return shipping costs incurred before refunding you the balance of your order.

Shipping: Including Taxes
If you choose to ship Including Taxes, then we will handle payment of the taxes and duties charges for you. This usually provides a faster and smoother transit through customs processes.

International Customs Enquiries

In some cases (especially the USA), customs agents may ask for additional information about your shipment before approving the import. For example, they may request information about the contents or require your tax identification details.

It is important that you respond swiftly to such requests, because if no answer is received then they may reject the shipment and return it to us.
Please look out for such requests and respond - if you need any assistance responding then we're more than happy to help you.

Please note that if your goods are returned to us due to customs rejection we may pass on any return shipping costs incurred before refunding you the balance of your order.

Discrete Packaging

We ship our products in heavy-duty, unbranded cardboard boxes which do not give any indication of the contents. However please note that in certain circumstances we may be required to attach customs documentation for international export/import purposes. Where this is required we do our best to make this as generic and non-descriptive as possible while minimising the chance of a delay or disruption due to a customs inspection.

In some cases customs agents may in any case open packages for inspection and repackage them - unfortunately this is beyond our control.

I have a question about how to use my fucking machine

Firstly, please have a read of the FY500 manual supplied with the machine. If that doesn't help, please feel free to contact us directly. We'll always do our best to help!
