Refund and returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know so we can do what we can to help. You can always contact us for any question at info@fuckyeah.uk.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order or return your item(s) for any reason, please read the below policies.

Damaged items, order discrepancies, or technical issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Please supply photos of any damage, and retain the original packaging for inspection.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed please let us know as soon as possible. You can cancel your order at any point before it's fulfilled (shipped). If your order has already been fulfilled then the terms for general returns below will apply.

General returns & refunds

After purchase, if you decide you do not wish to keep an item, you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to open a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase and will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a quote for return shipping, and when settled we will provide a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus the return shipping costs.
